Pros
These are arguably priced perfectly for the quality of the product. Works as advertised. This is a first class product and i’m delighted with it.
Grips are very comfortable and seem durable so far. I have supreme confidence that it won't dislodge or loosen.

Very strong and sturdy even without screwing in.
Easy to install, well made and holds up when you put your weight on it.
I used the rubber grip method, and perhaps i overtightened, but these so grippy it actually took a coat of paint off my doorframe.
Pushed my door frame and now i can’t close my door properly

I didn’t want to spend a ton of money, so this chin-up bar fit the bill.

That can happen accidentally because as you use it you can tighten it inadvertently so i marked the position on the bar using a sharpie so if it gets tighter i can loosen it back to normal

I wanted a chinup bar with a multigrip that you can remove easily but since my doorframe is an oldstyle i had no choice of getting a single bar instead
