Mounting hardware neededif your unit has 4 mounting holes, i would grab four 3/8" x 4" lag bolts with washers.

Not a big deal, it will also help protect the drywall from damage.

Arrived in great condition, looked sturdy, but had to return as its mounting sections were longer than what i needed.
Wrapped my bar with grip tape to size up.

Depending on whether you’re installing this on drywall or concrete basementgarage walls the hardware included may be suitable or require a bit more to spread the load more securely

The standard house has studs at 1634 or 1834 or 2434 but this bar is 2034 wide which makes it hard to mount anywhere using studs on each side

I will not mount it directly in the drywall as you will using it to carry your weight all the time and none of the drywall anchors can hold repetitive hanging load of 150 pounds and more

If you are planning to mount this in concrete or brick it came with extension screws which can easily hold the maximum load of 400 pounds
