Pros

This is sturdy. Beefy enough to hold +230 lbs. No issue with bowing or bending.

The bar allows for various exercises and the ability to connect pulleys and resistance bands is awesome bonus! It seems to vibrate strongly when u hit a strong punch. This allows use to quickly remove the workout bar when it rains or snows.

Used 2x6’s and 5” hex screws to attach to studs on the wall. Add a bar to the back or adjust the width to be able to anchor into studs.

No fuss in putting the parts together. Great product, very easy to assemble and install.

This thing is awesome, it is defiantly sturdy and hasn't let me down. Added some turnbuckles to attach to joists in basement to give extra support. Solid as rock handles 300lbs, no problem with no flex that way.

It seems to me the merchandise was either used or returned by other customer and send it back to me. Cheap chinese junk. Buy something else.

Quality

This is very good easy to install and very strong

Super sturdy, lots of different grips, highly recommended!

The posts and holes on this are about 19 inches on center, so clearly wider than 16” studs.

The entire thing ripped out of the wall the moment i put any of my weight on it.

Price

I went with this one for the price.

Not a big deal, it will also help protect the drywall from damage.

Shipping

Few emails later to the seller which responded quickly each time, it sent me a ups shipping label to return free.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived in great condition, looked sturdy, but had to return as its mounting sections were longer than what i needed.

Wrapped my bar with grip tape to size up.
