Several settings including constant light and blinking light. Delivered quickly. Packaged well. Pretty forgiving on forced bends.

By weaving the wire through a board and using silicone caulk to hold it in place, i was able to create an amazing piece if art.
Set up my totem after i received the replacement and it looks great!
For those who don't have the product with them, the noise they are reffering to is the sound of electricity running through the wire.
Unfortunately, after putting batteries in the battery pack, i found out that it was defective.

Unless you are either standing with your ear to the battery box or are specifically listening for the noise like i was you wouldnt even notice it

If you are familiar with el wire products the power box does generally make a high pitch noise
