Switch is very simple to turn little fishies light on and off. This has the effect of your tv being instant on and instant gratification follows. Tv manufactures should include additional feature sets to control the usb port behavior.

Essentially if dont want to wait for your tv to boot up when you turn it on you have to set the tv to an instant on low power or similar mode

And if you have a bias lighting strip with no inline switch connected to it it never goes out

We had to constantly unplug and plug it back in to turn the light on and off
