Pros
Zippers, buckles and straps are heavy duty and reinforced. The zipper pulls are ergonomically shaped for easy gripping and pulling. The bottle-opener attached to one strap is a nice feature. It is also comfortable while carrying due to the padding.
The fabric feels heavy duty, but 'rich' it’s easy to keep it clean and looking nice. It seems sturdy.

This cooler is really well made and the design is superb. I randomly own a ton of backpacks, from jansports to timbuk2 to north face. The different colors are awesome as well.

The buckle broke out of nowhere after using it the second time. Then continues to leak.

We specifically ordered this backpack for a trip to the zoo to which we wanted to take food and keep it cool

The backpack is thick and sturdy feeling but it’s not comfortable enough to take hiking as the video suggests

The top of the straps are sewn onto the backpack low enough to allow the top to roll down but i also found that this meant the backpack constantly pulled away from my shoulders contributing to the slight discomfort of wearing it

Overall it works for short trips and if you’re not wearing it over a long period of time so we’ll look forward to using it for boat tours and car trips with short hikes
