Pros
For the price this is worth every penny. Really pleased with my purchase. Definitely recommend this rug.
Rug is good quality and lovely looking, very pleased with product. Fits perfectly with his mustard and neutral themed bedroom. It goes lovely with grey decor.
Cons
Half the rug fell on the floor when i opened the packaging, and continued to do so as i unrolled it… it looks like a lemon colour dead animal! Very thin product. Not suitable for a timber floor.
The company are in ni. To return you have to pay £5 for the hermes label. Still waiting on a refund. In the process of trying to get a refund and sent item back.

Fantastic quality, great price and absolutely soft.
I am absolutely thrilled with this rug, it is so soft and excellent quality.
But the quality and customer service was excellent.
Still a bit bumpy with the folds but they should be well out in a day or two.
Competitiveness
Good item colours lovley but slightly different from the picture ,a lot lighter than expected but it's a lovley item would recommend.

Arrived tightly rolled but soon flattened out over a 24 hour period

After removing an old fireplace and replacing it with a smaller one i was left with a big concrete gap that couldnt be filled with laminate as that was already down when we moved in and we didnt have any leftovers
