Pros
This does exactly what i needed it to do. Very soft and bounces back well when hoovered. Great colour and reasonable quality for the price.
Cons
Not soft and fluffy like the advert. Hard fibres and patchy in places. Carpet lint was simple and not soft at all.
Customer service is disgraceful. Wouldn't buy again. Out of pocket for their shoddy workmanship.

For a basic rug this is okay it doesnt look or feel particularly soft or thick but i bought it for my spare room so it wont get walked on a lot not sure id buy this for a main room though
