Cons

Ooma's hd3 headsets continually drop connections and/or drop audio. It rings, but you cannot hear anything either with the regular speaker or on speaker phone. You're probably better off getting higher quality cordless handsets.

Works with ooma telo is a disguised lie. They only diminish your telo's reputation.

Sat in the cradle for over 24 hours and nothing. To late to return. Most insulting of all, you have no choice about if or when it will take place. All downhill from there.
