Pros

The phones work great and have clear sound. Sound quality and ring loudness are very good. Equipment is stylish and blends in with our decor.

This service is great, just $3 a month for taxes and service. Ooma gives you a second phone number at no cost. Imho their premium services are a little expensive.

Cons

The telo fails to charge your credit card when it tries to charge you. The only way to fix the problem is to reboot the telo and reset the ooma base. If you have a defective device they have no solution.

The installation process is terribly frustrating. Very deceptive. Something has to be drastically wrong. I would have cancelled the ooma service which has been sub par right from the start.
