My only complaint is that in the past couple years, sometimes the outer tray doesn't release after applying it.

This didnt use to happen so it must be a qc problem

When that happens i simply leave the green tray in for the duration

I leave the 15 in for 30 minutes but you should let your gums tell how long is comfortable for you
