Pros
This top coat lasts a long time without getting gummy and the brush is good quality too. It does all that it claims to do and it also prevents my nail polish from chipping. Goes on smoothly and dries quick.
Opi velvet matte topcoat is perfect for just regular nail polish. Protects your nail colour and gives a matte finish.
Le produit coagulé et fait un gros paquet collant sur l’ongle. Application épaisse donc facile.
Cons
It has a very thin consistency, and it appears glossy once applied. The downside is really that it made my manicure prone to chipping same day. This is very overpriced for the way it performs.
The polish smells of strong chemicals and rotting fish. The bottle was shipped in a large box rather than a small envelope.
