I bought it mostly for the slower speed and its very quiet.
The blue does fit nicely with the white casing, too.
I bought this for a second time because of its good quality.

On high setting it does make a bit of noise, but less than my desk top computer and less than the 120v fan my wife uses at home.
You can't beat the value for the price.

Unfortunately i cant say much about this fan it looked very good and promising but the one i got wasnt working so i had to send it back

I havent measured it with a killowatt or anything but it claims to run on 5w and runs off a usb plug

Consumption is very low important if you run on batteries in a sailboatdislike the too short cord to plug it in the usb

The only flaws we could complain about are the plastic casing which may or may not be rugged enough for your needs and their choice of blue leds for the indicators at least on the white model
