I think the price is due to the lack of more competition, but if you need such a tool, this is the one.

Competitiveness
At a £100 (the competitor, not this), it is a rip-off to use such batteries.
Cans of compressed air are now costing £17 including delivery, so this is a no-brainer in terms of cost.
