Initially it was packed in the small plastic packages supplied with the products

It was relatively easy to quickly unpack the small package and unwrap the lightweight poncho which gave complete protection from the incoming rain

Since they are disposable ponchos they can be easily discarded through recycling and it would be inconvenient to try and repackage them for future use particularly as water is quite difficult to remove from such a large item
