I like the fact that it was easy to use as long as you point the nozzle directly to your eyelid keeping your eye closed as you don’t want to spray directly into your eye as it will sting but you do have to keep the other eye that you are not spraying open just to make sure you spray the eyelid you are using the spray on and let it sit a few minutes before opening your eye and you do have to spray at a distance cause too close you will spray your eyelids too much and the liquid will get in your eye and sting a bit however i really didn’t get much relief from my symptoms with mgd and blephartits due to the fact that my symptoms are more severe so if you have symptoms that are severe you likely will not benefit from the spray because the more inflammation you have in your eyelids the less likely you will not get any relief and highly recommend you see your eye doctor to be referred to a specialist as this spray is really only intended for mild to moderate cases of mgd and blepharitis that has been my experience and where i am now seeing a specialist due to the severity of my symptoms that i have and have been through countless drops and sprays and doing warm eye therapy as well as being on antibiotics and nothing has helped so if your situation is severe i would follow up with your eye doctor before using this spray
