The shots ive included were all shot free hand i did not use a tripod have not been edited were shot at quite a distance and i used a sony a6000

Turning on the focus peaking in your digital camera will help focus the object

Even with the focus peaking the depth of field is shallow enough that its tricky to get a clear shot especially if the subject is not stationary
