The only disadvantage is that to put the lens cap back on you have to remove the adapter but since this is not a lens for a quick snap thats not a great issue

For long distance wildlife photography it does the job well again once you have mastered the manual focus

Unfortunately and its only a tiny bugbear the zip on the bag the lens close into was broken

Good item useful for moon photography but as there is no camera aperture control it wont do astrophotograpy as id hoped

Manual focus at extended length is difficult as you cant reach from the camera to the focus ring unless you have very long jobs so its almost a two person job

Only thing im disappointed with is on opening pack after delivery the zip on the lens bag was broken before even being able to use dont know who to contact to get new one
