Very pleased with the way it works with my sigma 170-500mmm lens.

Competitiveness

It's attached to a manfrotto tripod, and i use it with a canon 7d and ef 500mm f4 prime lens.

I have a nikon d810 with a 300mm lens that does not really require a gimbal head for holding for long periods like on a heavy set-up.

Its held up to a 80d with battery grip and a sigma 150 to 600 .
