Highlights
Quality
After tightening the two that were loose its super solid feeling and i am happy with the product thus far.
Solid mono pod, very good product !
Mounting screw dimensions are listed in the product desription and to my knowledge are correct.
Helps with the weight of the camera and lens
Shipping
Just as expected and fast shipping :)
Competitiveness
I use it on a canon t5i mounted to a sigma 120-400 mm lens (altogether 6 lbs).
Using this with a ball-head and canon 77d with canon 70-300l is usm zoom lens.
This will be my first opteka brand, and it will undergo the same punishment as the rest of them.
It's definitely a little heavier than most standard monopods, but that's because it's designed to support up to 30lbs.

This was a bit odd at first because ive never seen this sort of design but it looks like the company is attempting to correct at least one mount issue
