Pros

Opteka rc-2 ir is so easy to handle easy to use. Perfect if you're looking for a cheap way to get into bulb photography. Never had problems with range indoors. Haven't tested outdoors. Price of opteka is below nikon's remote and it is working fine.

Cons

The remote works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The camera picks it up as multiple shutter releases, which was not the intention. Luckily amazon has a good return policy.

On-line this gadget indicates it works for a d3000. When recieved the instructions do not mention a d3200. The d3000 is listed on the amazon ad but not on the paper included with the packaging.
