Since it looks and feels like a really great product.
But the opteka stabilizer doesn't work as i espected.
If you're buying for a dslr i'd go with the pro or svhd.
If the load capacity was actually as advertised, i think i would be satisfied.
Price
I see the price has dropped considerably, $24.
Competitiveness
It did not work satisfactorily with my nikon d5000.
Don't stabilize with dsrl cameras (any lens).

Ive seen some diy stabilizers on youtube and they seem to work pretty well even when you move the camera very fast
