After i set it up i will give it more stars but i think the video camera im using is way to light for it and i need to add some wait to the camera plate after looking at youtube videos most of the cameras are full size digital slrs

The product is nice but opteka completely fails when it comes to support and documentation

The documentation sent was about as minimal as you can get just one piece of paper with basic instructions

If the word stabilizer hadnt been at the end i would have thought this was an automated message it still could be

I just have to wait for the additional weights to come in and hopefully that will fix the issue
