Prossolid and sturdymakes filming steady and stablefoam grip makes it comfortable to holdwell balanced for my t3irokinon 8mm setupthe three shoe mounts makes it easy for me to mount my microphone and lightsconsthe handle is a little too tallwont fit in my bag standing up have to lay it on the back to barely be able to zip up my camera backpackthe mounting system is hard if you are going to use both the 14 20 screw and the shoe mount
