Concord grape flavor is legit tasty. It's like sipping on a grape drink, but better. Not like those drinks that make you jittery or leave you crashing later. My favorite so far is watermelon.

Cons
If you're looking for intensity, pump, and power through a workout--especially with heavier lifting, this certainly isn't it. I wish companies world stay away from harmful dyes.
It does not dissolve, it stays in like a blue powder crystal. It says 9 grams about 2 scoops. In reality each scoop is 9 grams and it only comes for 15 days.

There used to be days when i’d run out of energy mid-workout and have to cut it short—but not anymore since i started using this product.
