Pros

Amino energy is not just a pre-workout thing. It's not like those drinks that make you jittery or leave you crashing later. It gives me a nice boost from the caffeine while i get a good amount of water intake.

Concord grape flavor is legit tasty. Blue raspberry flavor is so yummy! My personal favorite is the watermelon.

Mixing is easy peasy. The packaging is convenient for throwing in my gym bag. A little scoop goes a long way on flavor.

It's got a bunch of good stuff in there. It's keto-friendly, so it fits my low-carb *.
