Pros

They're giant pills but the gel capsules make them easy to *. They are a little pricey but i feel like the price it actually worth it. You don’t get dehydrated or have to take a gallon of water to use this.

I recommend any bodybuilder use this product price is perfect. For a 38 yr old on a weightloss journey these are helpful! I'm normally pretty skeptical of supplements, but creatine has produced tangible, measurable gains for me.

Cons

The creatine powder is fine, but the capsules are so large i was unable to * them. One serving of these pills is 2.
