Pros
Mango limeade is my favorite, so refreshing. I read the blueberry lemonade tastes like a blue raspberry dum dum * & it does. Optimum nutrition offers many different flavors as well to choose from.
It gives a good amount of energy, but i'm not jittery. Not an over the top boost. Flavors are outstanding.
To me, all energy drinks are pricey, but i snagged a good deal during prime days. After sweating during yard work or a heavy workout this drink tastes like it is good for me and refreshing.

All gave me good energy for 4-6 hours and no jitters like other high caffeine (>200mg) drinks.
No issues with the orange, no queasiness and no increased bathroom time.
Edit: forgot to add to be careful with the cans, they are very thin and easy to damage.
I was cutting the plastic wrapping with a pair of scissors and easily punctured a can, was not even that forceful a hit.

I tried the blueberry lemonade orange blast and juicy strawberry

But both the blueberry lemonade and strawberry made me somewhat queasy even when sipping over the period of an hour and i had to run to the bathroom quite a bit
