Pros
Optimum nutrition always gives top quality supplements for a reasonable price. I'm not sure how effective it really is though. Just a really good supplement for the price. Satisfied that it is sold in larger size!
Cons
This stuff is probably fake and possibly dangerous. It adds a very weird taste that makes it taste like sour soda water. If you are already taking some kind of protein powder and most already have some glutamine in it.
