Pros

I use their whey isolate protein powder which is the best! I have ibs, and this helped a great deal with the bloating i was still eating despite my diet changes. The only thing i found odd (the reason for 4 stars) is that it didn't come with a scoop.

Cons

Trying to shake it up or even using a ninja pro blender does nothing to get the powder to mix. You might as well just scoop it straight into your mouth.
