Pros

Going from the chocolate flavor to the chocolate peanut butter flavor is definitely a noticeable change. It's just like enjoying a chocolate shake from an ice cream parlor. The vanilla tastes delicious and i'm never sore the next day.

I will rave about optimum nutrition all day. They make excellent simple products that don't include a bunch of fluff. Their products are efficient and effective, and they taste good. This company is #1 for a reason.

Cons

It’s disappointing because it was a big expense. Boycotting this product.

My container is only about half full and there is no scoop. It is like i got a partially used container that someone resealed.
