Pros

Get this powder every day. Good amount of bcaa’s. Tastes good. I am literally shocked seeing how little the manufacturers truly care about our health and wellness.

Vanilla flavor is great. I feel very fortunate to have found optimum's naturally flavored vanilla available for purchase.

Gold standard whey is 80% casein and 20% whey. Natural flavored chocolate tastes like watered down cocoa powder or mud.

Will not reorder. Money down the drain for me. It is disappointing to pay $60 and it not taste good. Would not recommend.
