Its very expensive therefore i dont buy as much as i would probably like to as i tend to get my protein through solid clean foods now however if needed for that additional boost this is certainly the one to go for

I bought this instead of the usual standard whey as i assumed it would be better the taste is slightly bitter due to the lack of additives but you get over that very quickly
