Pros

I usually consume it post-workout, and it noticeably helps reduce muscle soreness the next day.

Vanilla ice cream is smooth, creamy, and has just the right amount of sweetness. Coconut isn't a super strong flavor (bummer), but it tastes great.

Cons

It tastes fake and chemically. It tastes like rotten funky, moldy * spoiled dairy.

This is so bad it will be my last order from optimum. Time to shop around and find a better brand than on. Contacted optimum nutrition don't buy it cause there is no returns.
