Pros
The powder is easily mixable, leaving no clumps behind. I appreciate how easily it blends into a smooth and creamy consistency without any clumps or grittiness. It dissolves effortlessly in both water and milk.
This product is hands down the best bang for your buck whey protein. Subscription delivery for this product works for us. I just wish it was a bit less than $15/lb.
Hit your macros, do resistance training, and go on some walks. Perfect for post-workout recovery. High bioavailability of the protein ensures that my body can efficiently absorb and utilize the nutrients, maximizing the benefits of my workouts.
Double chocolate is my favorite flavor. It tastes great. The ingredient list is a little longer than i'd prefer, but these people have managed to strike a good balance.
Cons
The taste is disgusting and i got sick with stomach pain and had no energy. The wet clumps create geodes around dry powder. This is the second time we have received product that will not mix and instead clumps together for a chunky shake.
At 80+ before tax this is way overpriced. Why not just buy a premium brand like '* whey' at this point? It's unfortunate that optimum nutrition has decided to raise prices so aggressively.

Flavor is okay but not as good as some other brands.
Other brands seem cheaper but takes double the amount to get the same amount of protein.
