The addition of the electrolytes is what is key here, the daily replenishment is what make the difference with hydration. It really helps with post workout fatigue.
Cons
It tastes ok at the beginning, later it lies in your stomach and refuses to be digested. Flavour is awful. Didn't dissolve fully.

The pack is too big they could get half of it and still be able to use same amount so no good for environment to use more plastic than what is needed
