They have fixed both it seems the gritty taste maybe my mixing technique i put it in the shaker poor in about 200 300 ml and shake it up to mix

The effect is good and as i do hiit or 10k runs i have found that it helps get me past my walls it can give you a bit of an edgy feeling at times and to those that are looking to use it for a buzz and think if they dont get one it is not working then you might just need to rethink your training needs

I emailed optimum nutrition all the batch numbers for the products i had and was concerned about they wrote me back and told me that the products were authentic and amazon are their official distributor
