Pros
Gold standard is the best mid level option if you want a boost without the niacin flush. It has a moderate amount of caffein.
I am freakin sold! Been using for 2 weeks now, satisfied. If you are a beginner or just can't take the buzz from another product this is your best bet!
The taste is a pucker to your mouth, i use a straw, but taking it as i drive into work works. I have to admit i thought it was going to be super sour and kinda *, but it's decently palatable. Still tastes better than the green apple flavor lol.
Cons
The only positive here is when i finished the bottle i grabbed some cheap garbage c4 off the shelf at walmart and really had a new appreciation for it. The other gold standard flavors are great, but the green apple flavor needs to be retired.
