Carrageenan (cgn) is a high molecular weight polysaccharide extracted from red seaweeds. Cgn is composed of d-galactose residues linked in a galactose-galactsose bond.
Cons
It is a blend of whey & casein but it's not clear what percentage of each type of protein is the blend. The taste is off, not sure what it is? It has a weird taste and is watery.
It's ok to not give specifics due to competition, but it's foolish to blow off customers. Expiration date 10-1checked return policy, not acceptable for return. Optimum malarkey is more accurate.
