Not with this though i went for the peanut butter one it tastes that nice its like a treat plus it mixes very easily and quickly cant speak highly enough of it plus ive noticed gains pretty quickly this stuff tastes awesome

I would highly recommend this to any people looking for a good shake to help them with their gym gains d great taste and very easy to digest over the years ive tried a lot of protein shakes from various companys most have a weird aftertaste and were a pain to mix in a shaker usually ending up with you drinking lumps
