Pros

Scoops of shake with coconut milk to get to 30 grams of protein and the flavor is delicious - (also avoids dairy for those keto diets). Use to drink their weight gainer as well. This is the only protein powder i’ll drink.

Not chalky and blended easily with spoon in milk. Also mixes very well. A few ice cubes and the shaker spring ball dissolves the powder well.

Taste is great. It’s not overly sweet or sugary. The only downside is that it felt slightly chalking feeling on the tongue after swallowing but that is not a deal breaker at all for me.

Cons

It mixes very thin unless i put a ridiculously small amount of water in. Also, the container is maybe 2/3 full freshly opened.
