This is a great product, it offers me alot of extra energy and helps me to recover after an intense work out.

It is extremely effective for my 90 minute lifting sessions and i lift heavy.

2 scoops with 350ml water, 20 mins before hitting the gym.

Their recommended dose is 2 scoops but if you use only one scoop still you will feel the stamina to performance heavy weight work out.

Price

Thats what the premium price is for.

You could have saved the cost of it and also wastage.

Competitiveness

I am writing this review after use of one month and it’s far better than other products available for this category.

I also tried l-citrulline and bcaas standalone, but not as effective as this one.
