Pros

This pre-workout is healthy and gives me the boost i need! Have had shoulder and knee pain with the gym on and off for the last couple years. Not only no pain but improved rom due to lack of inhibiting tendon and joint discomfort.

Lemon mango is fantastic! There is also main ingredient that is especially for this flavor and it is the collagen. Just the mixture of different key ingredients is crusical!

Cons

Did my workouts and didn't feel the intensity and endurance. Was looking for a lower dose of caffeine in a pre as my previous one was keeping me up at night.
