Post workout shake. Add oats, 1 scoop of whey, 1tablespoon of organic peanut butter, 1 banana and 12 oz of milk. Shake it well and enjoy it.
Double chocolate & vanilla are made in india. Remaining all flavours are imported from us. Happy with the product not happy with the packaging.

Bottom of the container was tampered. The protein box was damaged in packaging. The delhivery was pathetic.
Worst taste of a protien supplement. Cant even withdtand the smell. No chance with health at all.
