Great flavour. My grandson prefers this flavor best of all during his sporting events. My favorite protein bar.
They have a nice chewy texture without being gritty. Fats and protein are a better source of energy over a longer time period, vs a fast jolt. Being a diabetic, it is also important not to exceed my carbohydrate intake for snacks.

Some of the protein bars have very little substance to them low in weight low in content

Im not going to go into the nutritional aspects of the bar because its all on the label in the pictures

Ive tried many protein bars most of whom taste like flavored cardboard and have an unpleasant texture
