Pros

I retained the cotton that came with the bottle so that the tablets are not affected by moisture. They also contain some overlooked minerals like boron.

The dosage is 3 pills, they're a nice size to * individually if needed. The tablets are a little bit hard to *, but not a problem. Your body needs a ton more nutrients than you know.

Cons

Wont be returning back to these. The most recent ones from amazon appear to be different as in they are knock offs or they changed the quality.
