Pros

Vibrant orange urine. If you find that the dose is a little too strong, take one or two instead of the 3-pill dose.

They also contain some overlooked minerals like boron. This is the only multivitamin that i have tried that gives me any type of noticeable energy boost.

Cons

Chromium is extremely dangerous given its 5 percent naturally in the air. Also, catalytic converters on cars throw out chromium. At $0.
