One capsule could easily supplement a fairly balanced diet. Good size and not hard to *. It turns your urine neon yellow but that's the b12 lol.

Use rubbing alcohol to remove the sticker and reveal the expiration date. Where the stickers were is, the expired date would usually have been displayed. Received expired product.
