I do not notice any performance issues between the two products so if cholesterol is not an issue for you maube save yourself some money and go with the gold standard

I believe the hydrolyzed is worth the extra money to get rid of the lactose so it doesnt cause any unfortunate um situations where my office mate has to leave the room

However its super expensive the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars so if money is an issue stick to gold standard which is almost just as good

Not bad chocolate peanut butter flavor is tolerable which is saying a lot for a protein shake bc most of them taste like garbage
