Pros

As good as a smoothie king smoothie. Definitely will want to use a blender though. If you are picky and want something that tastes really good try that!

About 550 calories and 21g protein. The scoops are big. I use abt 2/3 of one scoop and thats plenty enough for overly chocolate taste.

Cons

The serving size is two scoops (that are quite large) and 24 fl oz of water- so to get the full protein value you have to drink a lot of this vile thing. When i say scoops i mean gigantic containers that barely fit through the container opening. The o... Read More
